Project # 1: Las Vegas Special Session - Update by M.Verliac

There was no special update for the Nov 5th meeting. The note for TLE could not be issued by the date of the sub-committee meeting.
Project # 2: 2009 Summer Research WS – Update by David Lumley

David gave an update on the project. More people have joined the team, being now in the order of 10. A call for contribution will be posted in The Leading Edge. The deadline for submission in April 4th. The committee will evaluate the abstract in April to give an answer by May. Topics are being finalized for each session. There will be in the order of 12 sessions having three or four speakers each. A web link is planned on the SEG site.
Project # 3: CO2 Webpage - Update by Chris Liner

Chris mentioned that the Wiki site is ongoing. Minutes are posted.
Project # 4: Collaboration with Other Societies

AAPG: Nothing new to report
AGU: Nothing new to report
EAGE: Preliminary contacts have been established with David Calgagni and should be formalized in the near future. The response of EAGE for a joint activity is very positive.
GHGT: Nothing new to report
SPE: Nothing new to report
As a general comment, a lot of workshops / forums / events have started to appear around the globe. SEG will have to establish its own visibility.

Project # 6: CO2 Special Issue on TLE in Feb 2010

General discussion: The Banff Workshop should provide the material for this edition. A preselection will be based on the submitted abstracts and potential talks. The final content should be finalized during or just after the Workshop. The WS committee should review the papers too.

Tom Daley communicated that the US Partnerships will issue some recommendation documents soon. We should check also what is happening is Europe and Australia.

Chris Liner proposed to use the Wiki site as a repository place for published papers. We could have also a digital version that could include animated documents. We need also to define the content and the milestones. Chris is in charge of forming a group and taking the lead for this new project.
